Designing a Sport Conditioning Program tailored to improve your Strength, Power, Speed, Agility, Aerobic Capacity, Flexibility and Concentration will allow you to compete at optimum levels safely and enjoyably in your sport of choice.

 

If you’re a High School or College Athlete, or a “Weekend Warrior” looking for an edge, our Sport Conditioning Program will help you improve the specific performance factors you need to succeed in your sport.

 

Off Season Program: 

 

Program Design: Improve Strength, Power, Speed, Stamina, and Concentration by performing C.O.R.E. Resistance Training, Explosive Movement Exercises, Agility Drills, Plyometric Exercises, Positive Visualization Drills and Performance Nutrition.

 

Training Time: 4 - 5 times per week

 

Duration: 12 weeks

 In Season Program:

 

Program Design: Maintain and Optimize Strength, Power, Speed, Stamina, and Concentration by performing C.O.R.E. Resistance Training, Explosive Movement Exercises, Agility Drills, Plyometric Exercises, Positive Visualization Drills and Performance Nutrition designed to help you peakduring important events and competitions.

 

Training Time: 3 times per week

 

Duration: 12 weeks
